KG Health & Safety Consultancy and Training (kghealthandsafety.com) is a sole trader business operated by a Chartered Health and Safety Practitioner. The business provides professional Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) consultancy, auditing, inspection, risk assessment, and training services to assist organisations in achieving and maintaining compliance with UK health and safety legislation and recognised industry standards.
Independent Consultant Relationship
By engaging KG Health & Safety Consultancy and Training, clients acknowledge and agree that the Consultancy operates as an independent professional advisor. No employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship is created between the Consultancy and any client. The Consultancy provides expert advice and recommendations; however, it does not assume or discharge any of the client’s legal duties or responsibilities under the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974, Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999, or any other statutory instruments.
Client Responsibilities
The Consultancy’s role is advisory. Clients remain fully responsible for:
- Implementing and maintaining safe systems of work;
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory obligations; and
- Taking reasonable steps to protect the health, safety, and welfare of their employees and others affected by their activities.
All recommendations, reports, and training materials provided are intended to support compliance efforts but do not replace the client’s own management responsibilities or due diligence requirements.
Limitation of Liability
All information and advice provided by the Consultancy are given in good faith, based on information supplied by the client and the conditions observed at the time of service.
While every effort is made to ensure accuracy and relevance, the Consultancy shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury (direct or indirect) arising from reliance on, or failure to act upon, such advice or documentation. The Consultancy also accepts no responsibility for any consequences resulting from subsequent legislative or regulatory changes.
